Bell and Howell Inserter Machines We take Bell & Howell Inserter machines and totally recondition them from the ground up. We offer these units in many configurations, from straight inserters which will insert folded or letter size pieces to our Intelligent machines, which will read OMR - 2D - 3 of 9 code for reading multiple documents for accumulation. These, then allow select inserting from the base machine depending upon how many marks the customer needs for their application. Pro Mailing Equipment Inc. also offers an optional matching system to be added to your Bell and Howell Inserter machine that uses our Pro-Vision Camera system, providing a "snap shot" of your mail piece as it passes along the inserter, matching the envelope to your document.
